Addison Reserve is a 653 acre upscale, access controlled, gated country club community in the “country club mile” area in Delray Beach, bordering on Boca Raton. The complex features 716 elegant luxury single-family homes in 19 Villages, pricedfrom “the $600,000’s” to over $3,000,000. The architecture is inspired by architect Addison Mizner in the “Palm Beach Style.” Most homes are positioned so that each one has a magnificent view of the golf course or one of the community’s many lakes.

There are three 9-hole golf courses with 27 golf holes winding throughout the community, designed by Arthur Hills. There are gentle slopes, subtle contours, sparkling lakes and lush, native vegetation.

The Grand Clubhouse contains the finest luxury amenities as well as casual and formal dining areas with cuisine prepared by some of the foremost country club chefs in South Florida. The 42,000 sq ft Clubhouse, includes a dinning room and lounge / bar, a golf pro shop, locker room facilities, men's and women's card rooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices and a golf cart / golf bag storage facility.

A Mediterranean style junior Olympic swimming pool is in it’s own area south of the main clubhouse. The Aerobics program features over 30 classes a week with water classes, yoga, and specialty classes every month. Many treatments are offered, including Swedish, Aromatherapy, glucolic facials, body gommage and nails and paraffin treatments.

The spa and tennis courts are in the pool complex, and there is a snack bar – you can eat inside or out. There are 13 tennis courts, seven of which are lighted for evening play, and one Grandstand court. All of the courts are made from clay.

Built with families in mind, there are 5 miles of bike trails, a school-yard size basketball court, pools, playgrounds, a supervised children’s activity center and weekly children’s clinics featuring golf and tennis. Sunday BBQ;s and roller-blading along the lakes are some of the features the children enjoy. There are 4 mini-parks with quiet spaces to look out over a lake and observe the natural beauty, or room for your children and grandchildren to toss a ball in a grassy wide-open space, play on swings and slides, or do a circuit workout on the training bars and benches. At the entranceway, blooming plum-colored bougainvillea form a beautiful frame, and there are many lush plantings to be seen in each community and along the roadsides.

Started in 1996, Addison Reserve became member-owned in 2002. There are three Membership categories and an equity membership purchase is mandatory. These include Social (mandatory), Sports and Golf. A Golf Membership entitles the member to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. A Sports Membership entitles the member to use all of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Sports members are entitled to unlimited golf play during the period May 1 to October 31 and limited use of the golf facilities during the balance of the year. A Social Membership entitles the members to use all of the swimming and social facilities of the Club.
